The CB2 at 3757 Lincoln will be closing its doors in January. According to a report in Lakeview newspaper, the chain has decided that although the Lincoln Ave. location is generating sales, the chain will concentrate on the store on Clybourn and a new store in Florida.

The 9,900 square foot Lincoln Ave location is up for lease, according to the report. The location may join other storefronts on Lincoln that cannot find tenants. The newspaper says about half the storefronts in the one block from Lincoln at Irving Park to Lincoln at Byron are currently vacant and for lease.
